Yoga and Wellness classes begin with yoga from 10-11 am. The style of yoga is suitable for all levels, including those brand new to it. It is restorative for the mind, body, and spirit. Wellness wisdom and discussion will follow directly after yoga from 11- 11:30 am. Yoga will be led by Leslee Wigfield and wellness discussion will be held with Jen Thomas. If the weather is nice, we will meet in the grass behind the library!Library: George's Creek Library
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Yoga mats are provided if needed by reaching out to Jen Thomas at 301-777-9150, Ext.109.

Stretching to EmPower is a Yoga Wellness program to educate, motivate, strengthen and empower women (although men are welcome to attend!) This program is made possible by funding comes from the Federal Office on Women's Health and Area Health Education Center West, and other community partners.
