 Local author and educator Lynn Bowman presents research from her recent work, "Everyone Counts" with highlights on how individuals learned Jim Crow laws and the ramifications of that perceptual filter on our communities.
An associate professor of English and Speech at Allegany College of Maryland, Lynn Bowman also serves her community as a member of Maryland's Commission on African-American History and Culture.
Lynn Bowman has written four books on African-American history in Allegany County.
