Welcome to the Allegany County Library System's "Launch Series": 12 weeks of quality STEM programming (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) intended for learners 8 years and older. Registration is required.

Tonight's program: 3D Printing: What Will You Make?

Dr. Eric Moore, Physics and Engineering Chair at Frostburg University, will be on hand to demonstrate how 3D printers work, why we love them, and how 3D's are going to change the world!

All Launch Series events are free and open to the public. Because computers and supplies are limited, there is a limit of 25 participants per event. To register, complete the registration section below. Be sure to click the "Complete Registration" button. Note: In the case that registration exceeds the 25 participant per event limit, children who have not attended a LAUNCH program in the past will be given first opportunity to attend LAUNCH at the Washington Street Library.

If you register, then find you cannot attend, please phone Joni Reed at 301-777-1200 and let her know so we can make that space available for someone else!
